Knock China · 敲 [ HOW]

Open The Door In One Month Not Six
一個月敲開中國市場

About us

Test China in one month, not six

We import small batches under our own company through Cross-Border E-Commerce - CBEC strategy. Your product goes live on Xiaohongshu and Douyin to start in four to six weeks — with social media and creator seeding running from day one.

You learn whether China wants it. Before committing to the full pathway.

Send me your product. I'll tell you within a week whether it's feasible and what it would cost.

In market in one month. Verdict in six.
Storefront when you've earned it.

The Problem · 問題

Entering China takes 6-12 months and a fortune. Before you know if it works.

General trade means a Chinese entity, a bank account, NMPA registration, and a testing pathway. Three to six months of cost and complexity before a single unit sells.

Most brands spend a million dollars finding out China doesn't want their product.

There's a faster way to find out.

The Three Steps

STEP 02
FULL MANAGEMENT

Social Media Engagement and Daily Operation
6 Months

Step 01 proved we can get your product into China.
Step 02 grows your brand until China wants it — or tells you it doesn't.

Six months. We build content and creator engine. Measurable growth, reported monthly.

You send the stock for seeding. We run the operation. The market gives its verdict.

STEP 03 Setup & Handover
3-6 months

Once China is working, we build you your own operation  3-6 months

At the end, you own the storefront, the accounts, the company, and the customer data. Our goal is to make you independent. You will need to do more than one thing but we will be with you every step.

You don't have to do it all at once. Start with Step 01.

Why Us

Test First

RMB65,000 and one month to find out whether China wants your product. Your stock in our warehouse, your product in creators' hands, your accounts live. You don't need to build a storefront, register a company, or spend millions — only to find out China didn't want it.

We put our name on your import.

Your product enters China under our company. We are the importer of record — customs, compliance, stock holding, fulfilment. Most consultants tell you how to import. We do it, and we give you the documentation to prove it.

Audience Before Storefront

A Tmall Global storefront costs around RMB 60,000 to build. Launch it with no audience and you pay for every visitor. We run Xiaohongshu and Douyin first, then build the storefront in your name once people are already searching for you.

We'll tell you to stop.

Step 02 is a real test with a real endpoint. If the audience doesn't compound by Month 6, we say so — and we don't sell you Step 03. We'd rather lose the revenue than take you somewhere you shouldn't go.

We're operators, not advisors.

Two named people run this. One took a French skincare brand into Lane Crawford and through three regulatory jurisdictions. One has led China campaigns for drew house, CACTUS JACK, and PLEASURES. You get both.

We build you out, not in.

Our goal is to make you independent. When you're ready, we register your company, open your bank account, and hand over the operation. Most agencies lock clients in. We build an exit.
